Car Wash Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions
How It Works
- Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of wash.
- A date and signature will be added to the card after each completed wash.
- Every 5th wash: Receive 50% off the same type of wash and the same vehicle registration purchased previously.
- Every 10th wash: Receive 1 free wash of the same type same wash type and vehicle registration number as the nine paid washes.
- Discounts and free washes apply only to the same wash type and vehicle registration number (e.g., standard, deluxe, valet).
General Conditions
- The loyalty card is valid only for type of vehicle and registration number on the card, and is not transferable.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
- Discounts and free washes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
- Multiple loyalty cards cannot be combined for a single transaction.
Offer Validity
- The loyalty card is valid for 1 year from the date of the first wash.
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
Other Terms
- By participating in the loyalty program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The company’s decision is final in all matters relating to the loyalty program.

Welcome to our car wash loyalty and business collection service! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By participating in our promotions or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Loyalty Program
Customers must pay upfront to qualify for the loyalty program.
A signature will be added to your flyer after each completed wash.
Collect 3 signatures and your 4th wash is FREE.
The free wash has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Flyers that are lost, stolen, or damaged will not be replaced.
2. Offer Validity
The loyalty promotion is valid until 31 December 2025, unless extended or withdrawn at management’s discretion.
Management reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
3. Business Vehicle Collection & Return Service
Available to business owners and their employees within a specified service radius.
All vehicles must have valid insurance and be roadworthy.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicles before collection.
The company accepts no liability for:
Pre-existing damage
Mechanical or electrical failures not related to the wash
Items left inside the vehicle
Collection and return times will be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
4. General
By participating in the loyalty program or using the collection service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The company’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion and services.
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
